The Amicale des Anciens Élèves des Écoles Militaires de Santé (AEMS) is a prestigious association representing former graduates of military medical schools. With a mission to provide continued support, education, and networking opportunities for its members, AEMS required a platform that not only reflected its values but also offered seamless access to information and resources.

The primary goal of the redesign was to create a website that:

  1. Enhanced AEMS’s visibility and brand in the digital space.
  2. Improved user experience for members and alumni.
  3. Provided easy navigation to important content such as news, events, and member services.

Through a mobile-first, user-centric design approach, we revamped the AEMS website to make it a powerful digital tool for the organization. Our redesign led to improved engagement and a stronger online community for AEMS members.

Our approach

AEMS needed a website that served as a professional platform for its members, providing updates on news, events, and professional development opportunities. Our approach centered around: Member-Centric Design: We prioritized the needs of AEMS members, ensuring that the website was intuitive and user-friendly, allowing members to easily access resources and connect with the association. Mobile Responsiveness: With an increasing number of users accessing the website via smartphones, we ensured that the site was fully responsive and optimized for all screen sizes. Content Management System (CMS): Implemented an easy-to-use CMS that allowed AEMS administrators to update the website effortlessly and keep content fresh and relevant.

1. UX/UI Design

Designed a clean, modern interface with intuitive navigation, making it easy for users to find information about upcoming events, member services, and professional updates.

2. Members’ Portal

Developed a dedicated members’ area where alumni can log in to access exclusive content, news, and networking opportunities. The portal also facilitates easier communication between members and the organization

3. Event Management System

Integrated an event management system to allow AEMS to easily create, manage, and promote events for its members. This system streamlined the registration process and increased participation in events.

4. SEO Optimization

Conducted an SEO overhaul to improve AEMS’s visibility on search engines. This included optimizing metadata, improving site structure, and implementing best practices for fast load times and mobile performance.
